Keanon Kyles is a touring opera singer who has performed at Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, the Chicago Theater and other world-famous venues. But in order to support himself, he also works as a janitor at ABC News in Chicago. For him, working in a service job that he doesn’t love has enabled him to pursue the career of his dreams. With his incredible voice, a new starring role in the opera “Rigoletto,” and a hardworking, humble attitude, Kyles is dedicated to making his dream a reality while changing perceptions about people who work in service jobs.
