Join health and Hip Hop power couple Stic of DEAD PREZ with nutritionist Afya Ibomu in an exploration of The Veg Effect, a discussion about the art of holistic living, and a love and Fit Hop performance. Fit Hop is a new genre of hardcore Hip Hop and optimistic lyricism that builds on holistic health and fitness, sobriety, martial arts, and meditation, in the same vein as straight-edge music for the punk scene.
